SHIPPING AND RETURNS
1. PROCESSING TIME
Due to all items being handmade in small batches, processing time for orders of silk ribbons is 2-5 working days and 1-2 weeks for silk textiles. The length of time it will take to make each item is listed in its description.
If you need your order rushed please let me know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling out this form. All orders that need to be processed urgently will have priority but will be subject to an additional charge of 20%.
2. SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the shipping option that you choose (standard or express).
Items purchased with standard delivery will be shipped by Correos by registered mail, while those purchased with express delivery will be shipped by Tipsa (to Spain) and DHL (everywhere else). All shipments have a tracking number.
Shippings costs and times:
- SPAIN: €4 (5-7 days + preparation time)
- EUROPEAN UNION: €7 (7-10 days + preparation time)
- USA AND CANADA: €8 (15-25 days + preparation time)
- REST OF THE WORLD: €10 (15-35 days + preparation time)
- SPAIN: €7 (24-48 hours + preparation time)
- EUROPEAN UNION: €13 (48-72 hours + preparation time)
- USA AND CANADA: €13 (48-72 hours + preparation time)
- REST OF THE WORLD: €28 (48-72 hours + preparation time)
*express delivery is currently unavailable for orders being sent to Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands.

Custom orders cannot be returned.
Any other order can be returned within 14 calendar days of the date it was placed, provided the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Items cannot be returned outwith this timeframe.
In the event that the cause of returning an item is not attributable to Warm & Wild (e.g. change of opinion, customer error when placing the order), the customer must return the item in perfect condition using Correos’ registered mail service or another shipping company which provides proof of delivery. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning the item. Once the item has been returned and its condition has been verified, a full refund (minus the initial shipping cost) will be given using the same method of payment that was used at the time of the purchase.
In the event that the cause of returning an item is attributable to Warm & Wild (e.g. faulty product, wrong product sent), I will pay the shipping cost, provided the customer indicates the problem upon receiving the order. The customer can choose to exchange the item in question for a different one or ask for a full refund (which will be given within a period of 15 calendar days after the item has been received).
